I need a list of with which peppers are yellow in color

I didnt see a post on the color spectrum of peppers in relation to varieties at maturity.

Perhaps if we all can chip in with a list of peppers with major spectrum colors i could make a master post of color/variety so people can select peppers for specific sauce tinting.

Ie:
Jalapeno: dark green
Cherry pepper: red
Chocolate hab: brown
Etc.

That said, i need a list of yellow mature pepper varieties for a specific sauce i'm planning on making.
