I want to grow my ideal pepper....suggestions please.

I wanna grow a pepper that is really good for pickling like a pepperoncini but has more of a citrusy taste and is slightly hotter (between Jalapeno and Habanero on Scoville Scale).  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
 
Aji lemon and aji pineapple are 2 great peppers that I've tried that are in that range. Fatalii, bonda ma jacques and scotch bonnets are great as well, but maybe a bit above habanero level. Yellow and white 7 pots are amazingly delicious, but also much hotter than habanero's.
