Jamison's "Operation Pods" 2013 is a Mission Complete

Well THP, its that time of the year again. I've been anxiously awaiting to give life to these seeds that we all cherish so much. This year I'm gonna focus most of my grow towards Scotch Bonnets, with 14 different strains. Also have a few Supers and 7's with a few others as well. I still have 3 plants that have been overwintering and still doing good after another cutback and a bonide treatment for aphids. Heres the list

I soaked seeds on 12/31/12 and sewed into Burpee coconut fiber pellets on 1/1/13.

I had started one Fatalii plant earlier not sure what day, probably around 12/15/12.

Wow, you were damn close man and I mean damn close! The true Reapers are actually Primo's and the the ones above it were the "Reapers". And then the Naga Vipers have a couple Butch T's on the right there. ANd the Bonnets are really close there, the MoA's have the really curly calyx's. Good job identifying them dude, very impressed! Glad it got there brotha! Enjoy!

The most badass looking pod on the planet (IMO) Sepia Serpent, grown from F-4 seeds from DocNroc, via SilverSurfer.

Primos off a potted plant. Look nothing like the ingrounds I have. Ingrounds look way gnarlier.


Maui Purple, love these things.


The garden is still going strong with literally hundreds and hundreds of pods that are waiting to ripen. Gonna have a huge harvest coming soon!

Yea sure is a gnarly pod! The Maui Purples taste like a cayenne to me but a lot sweeter and much much warmer. Great little bite to these things! They are a bit seedy tho.

One more of the garden. Needs a little weeding, but it's getting into the low 40's at night so I don't think it's gonna be around too much longer. Gonna have to decide which plants to keep over winter.

If I only grew one pepper and I have. I’d be more than content with the Jamaican Habanero, I truly enjoy that pepper and I hope you like it too. For me it’s better than any other Habanero I’ve ever tasted but she’s special because I brought her home with me even after growing her there. Like I said, I hope she does you right ^_^

7Pot Rennies, such a cool light green color to them all the way up till they put out a brilliant, shiny, candy apple red. Things look awesome too.



7Pot Orange, they are a bright pumpkin orange while finally ripening to a deep red.

Matt I most certainly can do that for ya! Thanks for the offer on the seeds, but I think I'm way overloaded for next year. Just have to order some Bahamian Goat Peppers from Grant, and some Brown Morugas from Judy, and some Giant White Habs from RFC. Oh man, I just noticed my list got bigger just in that last sentence!

Dude I'm telling you them Primos are getting gnarlier by the day. Them Choc Scorps are an amazing pepper. Super super mellow taste, compared to other Chinense at least. Love em, and they are even better smoked then powdered. My go to powder. I powdered up some Primo's the other day, hands down the hottest powder I've ever tried. Took my damn breath away. Wasn't expecting all that. Thanks for checking in Jay!

Love da color on the 7-pot Rennies, looks very similar to my only one of 15 JA Habs that turned out variegated but mine ripen to orange then red like the others but I love dat stage. Still trying to produce another just like her -_-
