Jarring Japapeno's and Yellow Hung. Wax

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for Jarring Japapeno's and Yellow Hung. Wax. I looked online and there are so many different recipes I figured I'd ask the experts.

Thanks,

i've seen a bunch of threads on here about pickling...if by (jarring you mean pickling). I just mix vinegar, salt, garlic, onions and carrots in with a lot of peppers and let them soak for a while and it's turned out great for me, but I know there's a lot more too it that's outside of my scope.

Ya I ment Pickling... I would like to Jar them so I can use them in the winter and was hoping they would keep for 1+ years.

All you really need is vinegar and salt to preserve them. Whatever else you want to throw in the mix is a matter of preference.
