+1 .....looks like REAL blackening

Thanks Dave, coming from a LA buy, I'll take that as a real compliment, I just dabble in southern cuisine. Good to see you still lurking around here. You starting a glog this year?

Can't wait to see some hooks in those pots. Also, dinner looks like a win. (I love dirty rice!)
...Speaking of wins...
GO PACK, GO!!!
Thanks

Thanks Essegi, I noticed your glog isn't shy with the food pics either. Nice going.

Good Luck for 2015!
Can't go wrong with the pubes.
What does the rest of the list look like?
Thanks Tripple J. Really like the pubes, I just wish I could get them to produce here.
The rest of the grow hasn't been finalized yet but there won't be near the amount of supers that I had last year. With quite a few gallon bags in the freezer and tons of already dried powder and whole pods, I'm probably set for several years. I will keep my OW ghost pepper though. It has been around for 3 years now and I've grown attached to it.
I envision a few hab or Scotch bonnet varieties as well as a slew of various annuums. My wife was a real big fan of the green chilies I made last year, so a good dozen or more hatch chilies is a must.
None of my bacs germinated this year, so I'll be trying again this year with new seed stock I just picked up from Judy. There will be several varieties of these as well.
I'll likely have the whole list hashed out in a few weeks.

Good luck in 2015 Jeff... especially with the pubes!
Thanks Rick. Yes, the pubes... As you can see, I'm starting a good bit more than last year and I have 1 OW pube that survived so far. That makes 13 if they all make it. Hopefully I can find a variety that doesn't hate Ohio weather and actually produces.

Good luck to you this season. Have you nailed down your final list for this year yet?
Thanks and not quite yet. See my reply to JJJ above.
