Yeah I am a big fan of it until they head outside. It is a good way to judge moisture for me as well.

Hope the conjoined twin perks up. Mine still looks pretty good though it did drop a cotty. If they both make it maybe we should exchange clones or pollen. Could be a cool cross though I wonder if being conjoined is hereditary.

I started very early this year so not sure but our last frost is usually around Mother's Day. I am more anxious about this plant than anyone I have growing! I would hope by mid summer I am getting fruit.

They all look great but boy that #6 in the pictures looks like it's going to have a killer strong stalk, nice update mon!

That is a Giant Jalapeno, I cannot believe how fast it is growing.

Grrrrr, just walked down in basement to check the babies and saw an aphid walking up the grow frame to the third tier towards my Thai plants. I squished it only to see 10 more on 2 plants. Mind you I had just done a full round of Azamax drench and spray 2 days ago. So far I have had my issue with fungal gnats and white flies but now aphids? I sprayed all 10 then squished them. I cannot wait until I can move this outdoors! Next season I'll build a grow room in the basement and fill it with predators.

Those guys are all coming along nicely, Chris. Sucks about the aphids. I squish a few a day outside. Waiting for my mantis pods to hatch! Picked up some ladybugs today for the interim. I hope they don't eat each other! Oh well, if they do, only the strong of each will survive!

I have 4 praying mantis sacks in a butterfly enclosure int he garage. I cannot wait until they all hatch and frosts are behind me here in DE!

Those aphids are really a pain in the butt, they just seem to love our plants to much

is that a jalapeno in the last pic? i've had a couple of them drop their bottom leaves like that too. what causes that?

Next to last picture yes, #57. It is the giant jalapeno and I think in this case it had to do with not isolating it soon enough, two others were in the cup with him prior to the picture.
