Just thought I would add this recipe to thp.
Ingredients:
10 Roma tomatoes
2 white onions
1 validia onion
1 cup of fresh cilantro
4 limes(juice)
2 of Judy's Carolina Reaper
6 fresh jalapeño(flavor)
1 tablespoon of smoked sea salt(cherry)
2 tablespoons of roasted garlic
Food processor
Large thick pan
Process 1 white onion, roasted garlic, 1 cup of cilantro, 2 Carolina Reapers, 6 jalapeños, salt, juice of 4 limes in food processor blend till it looks like creamy.
Slice tomatoes up and put In pan with 1 white onion chopped. Heat on medium.
Add processed items on top of tomatoes
When your salsa gets 200 degrees cover and turn to low
Stir every 10 minutes
After an hour uncover. With a fork easily pick out outsides (I know you can take of tomato pills other ways)
Add a sweet validia onion chopped into salsa
Slow cook on low for one more hour uncovered and reduce to thickness desired.
When finished surve hot in a bowl with chips.
