Grant, how much would it be to ship your sauces to the US?!?
I think the cheapest way would be to ship a 20kg package to one person then have them distribute to other people in the US or Europe??????
I'm still to check this way out????

Brilliant idea! Maybe you could do it at the same time each year or something so people know how long they will have to wait until the next lot is ready. Maybe like a Xmas special or something???Just an idea..... taking into consideration the extra costs and efforts that would be involved in making two versions of each sauce, perhaps "limited edition" extra hot versions from time to time? Get 'em while they're HOT! (pun intended )
I had an initial tasting of them all last night. Very nice! My tolerance is not that high for superhot sauces so they were fine. With other superhot sauces I've tried the heat just burns away any chance of tasting some flavour. On the other hand I just tried some very popular supermarket crackers that were labelled tomato and chilli. I could not detect any heat at all and neither could my seven year old daughter. It seems the general public are not chilliheads.
So you have the non-chillihead market which is lots more people with toned down heat..... and the much smaller chillihead market with way more heat.
Many sauce makers straddle the two with a rating system out of ten. The mass marketing convention seems to be a partially shaded chilli icon for the heat, but if you are going to be making`gourmet` sauces that sort of thing would look cheesy and lower the brow a bit.
I'm really getting into your sauces JR.
Love the BBQ and the White one.
The raspberry one is crazy. It's not a flavour I would ever think to have with heat.
They seem to have less heat when eaten on food, instead of straight up, but you just have to use more. I've only had small tastes on their own or with snack foods so far but I'm going to start using them in larger quantites on some proper meals.
Did you have any more suggested uses than what was listed on the paper?
Just had the white lightening and Caribbean dream on Roast pork ... Unreal ... I think I preferred the White Lightening in the end ... great flavour with pork ...
JR when do you want our feedback returned??
when I get back all the feed back, I'll put it all together and send you all back a comparison I what I got if you like????
+1That'd be cool
I will have to try the berry ones on ice cream.just had Dragon berry on a doughnut. Awesome! I think these berry sauces should be marketed as dessert sauces rather than chilli sauces. Very nice. I want it on ice cream now. Grant you are going to make me fat!
