food Leftovers Thread!!

I had a bunch of meat and cheese leftover from New Years Eve.  I needed to eat it before it started to go bad.  Figured this would be a good way.  Ham, salami, mozzarella, swiss, two other cheeses I forget, and some mustard.

reheated some butter chicken and rice my wife made while I was at work..  Added some smoked scotch bonnet powder.    It is a really good brand package butter chicken from the company Kitchens of India.  My wife's Indian friend put us on to it a couple years ago.

I watched the video in the link Sum posted and it looks like a decent recipe if you want to cook from fresh ingredients.
If you were looking for information about the packaged brand  here is their website

 http://www.kitchensofindia.com/CA/Products-Main/Curry%20Pastes/Butter%20Chicken%20Curry%20Paste

It is a very good product range , apparently many Indian families around here  use their products  extensively when they can't be bothered to cook completly  from scratch.   no preservatives and some of their products  even include small packs  of  all the whole spices needed to make the dish.
