Ok so some thoughts, Paulky is a rockstar with that lamb onion soup, goddam I love that stuff. Demonic makes some seriously killer tamales. GIP, I want some of those chocolate bs's! And finally, GM tacos/quesadillas is how I make most of my leftover meats go away, and if that was leftovers it doesn't look like it. Very nice man!

The cheddar was not as good as the manchego, swiss/gruyere, or muenster one's i've had ... it was just what I had on hand.
