Shaved a lot of corn this summer, made stock from the cobbs, chicken soup a few weeks ago. Now I can reheat with fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice and my latest white habanero sauce. Soon noodles and then dinner. No muss no fuss.

Left over hickory smoked beef ribs, with some homemade bbq hot sauce, homemade salsa, cheddar and mozerella cheese and lettuce wrap for lunch..

Yes, if you drain the juice they are. I almost took a video of this one, it had a crunch like a cracker and that browned butter

Many years ago after a day of surfing OCMD and heading south to see family, Amethyst Joyner and I picked up these amazing sandwiches and often recreate them. PRIME rib roast with sharp cheddar, thin sliced red onion, homemade horseradish cream sauce on fresh local bread.
