It's a low country South Carolina dish. It usually consists of rice, stock or broth, pulled chicken, smoked sausage, and damned near anything else you choose to put in it.
 
It ALWAYS starts out as an "over-watered" rice dish......(or, the BOG) and either baked or simmered on the stovetop. The finished product should have the texture of a wet rice or risotto.
 
Or That is my experience....

I'm with scovie on the Turkey omelet just seems strange. I get fish row with sushi but give me ham or bacon,sausage,veg, etc with omelets! sorry muskymojo :)

Agreed! But I still won't do eggs and Turkey ham. I hardly tolerate them in the same fridge. LOL
