food Leftovers Thread!!

i was a garde manger and tournant at a mad decent brunch place on the island, while in high school, so i'm familiar w/ the life ... also realize coming out as garde manger is like being the bass player ...

Leftover rotelline, someway re-cooked right (they were even better than just after cooked). With sausage, asiago, maasdam, some vegetables cured with vinegar and oil, moruga raw powder.

 That's a horrible way to live. Let me eat dog poop so this steak will taste really good.

All ya had to do was warm it, but you want to suffer for your art.

Guilty as charged.

I've done it too I admit.

Mostly drunk.

Okay always drunk.
Too drunk to microwave?  Whoa... I don't think even I have reached that one.

Here we go!!

This is kind of like a glorified version of SOS.....

....look it up.

Leftover French onion soup (with pot-roast goodness), sliced homemade bread, Swiss cheese, Parmesan, and BIOHAZARD!!:

Got a little heavy with the garnish. Apparently, beer affects the gravity of your spice rack....

Keep'em coming, everyone!!!

STOP making leftovers look so good. How do you do it? Dammit! Stuff on a Shingle never looked so good.

I'm not sure which I like better, prime rib or left over prime rib  :P  there is a place here that takes very rare left over prime rib, cuts it into chunks. then into a batter and they deep fry it.almost like chicken fried steak. I have never made it myself but it's really good eats

Leftover mac-n-cheese from Christmas dinner (which is already better than you can imagine), with some extra cheeses (cream cheese, Swiss, Cheddar), plus crawfish tail meat, and crab claw meat. I added the butter/cracker topper for S's&G's....

....unfortunately, it either got too late, or I got too distracted to take any plated pictures. However, the ones I took while in the pot were worth the price of admission! If I had it to do again....I'd skip the casserole method and just start sticking it my face from the pot.
