Who the hell needs a pan for tortilla's?

I got a 36" flat top.

Bitches!!!

Soon y'all will behold my awesome power!!!
We wont see anything for three days. That was probably your neighbours set up anyways

I'll never understand eating a raw tortilla. There really is no excuse. Its way too fast and easy to brown em up.

Even people making burittos and keeping the tort raw. For the love of ass, throw the damn thing on a hot pan!!   :banghead:

I'm kind of a tortilla snob myself

It probably depends on whether or not you like them that way ...

I don't need soft flour tortillas cooked so long as they have the shiny patina finish - ie, the El Paso one's in the shiny foil wrapper ...

If it has any amount of chalkiness or flour on it, however, it gets some treatment to address that problem ...

The problem is flour tortillas are gummy and they are not considered "ready to eat." Even if you don't get brown spots, putting in a hot pan and flipping removes the surface water, i.e. gumminess.

A hot dog is fully cooked but not ready to eat. You still cook it. Same thing. :)

You can however eat both out of the package if you wish.

I don't mind a cold hot dog, either ... probably because the butcher on the island used to always have a cocktail wiener when we shopped; lollipop-at-the-bank style ...

I either try to hit it out of the park, or I just slum ... there's not a lot of middle-ground w/ me ...

I had some clam chowder from a can last night ... and crappy leftover "salad" using taco ingredients and velveeta the night before ...

Today I'm going to make pizza in my oven using store-bought dough, cheese etc and not get too into it ...

Tomorrow, though ... oh, tomorrow will be wondrous, I think ... it's Katz's time!

 That's a horrible way to live. Let me eat dog poop so this steak will taste really good.

All ya had to do was warm it, but you want to suffer for your art.

this is worst than drunk ... 243 hrs work in 19 consecutive days, on 3.5 hrs sleep ...

the worst is behind me now, though, as of this AM ...

Now you know what it feels like to be a cook in a restaurant.

Okay maybe not.

You're only sleep deprived.
