thats one heck of a setup...

nagas vs jolokias?....from reading about them, there are 4 (5) of this type of pepper that people talk about...Naga Morich, Dorset Naga, Bhut Jolokia, and Bih Jolokia (and some are called Naga Jolokia)...the growth habits of them are very similar...I am growing all 4 (5) varieties this year so I can see for myself...it seems that one of the differences is the number of pods per node...I call them the Holy Quintity

ive been told naga or jolokias are the same weather its a morich or dorset or bhut they are all from the same family im not saying its true i just was told .so quick question are they

There are numerous variations of this chile. the tricky part is sometimes different names refer to the same chile.

so which chilli do find more hot then a naga ...??
Nagas are plenty hot, I was really just kidding but versions of the Trinidad Scorpions and 7-pot/pods are probably somewhat hotter

Your baby naga looks completely different than mine. Mine already has some pimple's and is not so round like yours is starting out. Mine came straight from Bangladesh seed stock though.

Lol...my Morich seeds came from Tony at Nagaseeds in the UK. I am quite confident that my Naga Morich is the real deal. The plant that the baby pod came from is now fruiting beyond belief...I'll post some more pics of immature pods tomorrow.

hate Bhuts and try to discourage people from Buying them, Not even on my site AS THEY SUCK AND DIDNT PRODUCE AGAIN, the Most Overated plant Ever.. its not as though i can't grow, they just suck.. got 3 lots from UK at start, 1st lot broken, 2nd lot were sort of Black ? 3rd lot 2 grew and was so excited put out early and the snails ate them (had the shits that day, i can tell ya) so got some from NMSU and the 4 in the Vid are those hahahahahaha Have 5 ripe Pods on Now Whoooooooo Hooooooooooo

Nova and Chilliman are popping over tomorrow so can have a sus at them all in relation to each other and Everything else..

Bihs Rock.....

Those Bihs are absolutely awesome Neil , hopefully they grow like that for me. I'm sure glad I've got your seeds...

Here's one of this year's Naga Morrichs; my second year plant lost a limb and is camera shy. :)
I picked all of the ripe ones this morning but it looks like a few ripened since then.
This one seems to want to throw all of its major branching in one direction so it's gonna need counter weights soon.
