Yeah I brought out a large 18inch fan on a stand for the middle shelf and moved fanzilla up to the top to help out up there. I knew something was gonna go sideways at some point on me but really happend cause I got sick and just could not keep a proper eye on things.

The good thing is that because of THP and the endless reading I do some days has saved me from going into extreme panic mode, as well I think its kinda healthy to have these bumps in the road and see for myself the effects and symptons that certain things can cause so that I learn how to deal with them.

If it makes you feel any better, some of
my plants get edema too, once in a while.

It will eventually sort itself out. Air flow
around my workbench plants isn't great,
either.

Later today I am going to change up the milk cartons...and its not that they are a bad idea really, but with so many plants right now they are just to packed in and they hold moisture too good as it is, so no air flow is not a good thing. If I was able to spread them out they would be fantastic....so cuts are coming at the very least tonight and tomorrow.

I tossed them out on the counter before I left for town just to air them out abit and have the fans cranked on, I will start working on them later when I get home. I may be limited on how much I can do tonight as I will have to fight my way into the shed and pull out some more soil to thaw out....It will be stiffer then a donkey on viagra till at least tomorrow afternoon

Plants survive winters very well in south facing windows. Not great light but that may slow them down a little.

We have a Canadian neighbor. He's lived here

Is a few types of eh actually..lol is the I agree with you eh like "no doubt eh" or the expresive eh like "get a move on it eh" or the typical question eh "what aboot that eh?" I could certainly go on if I thought aboot it more it eh....

One thing I do not have is a south facing window...our bigger bay windows face east...maybe even a tad north-east at that....Can maybe squeeze a couple very early hours in the morning of sun and thats aboot it.

I have had some mystery peppers in the window for a few weeks now.....like I mean they are growing but do not look pretty and have certainly done abit of stretching...some scotch bonnets I got from the farmers market last year as well I have in the window.

The alternative is too just let some plants die, which man...I would reallyl hate to do, so it may come down to just leaving them in the windows and seeing if they are worth planting when it comes time. Just praying for that good spring this year to get that hoop house going

The decision to cull or not is easier if the plant is in poor shape. If the plants are healthy and vibrant, like these new habanero seedlings from Shane, the decision becomes more difficult. When it comes time to pot up look at the slowest one out of each variety and make a decision then. Also, I'm looking for cold soil vigor, if you get an extra that you can't find a pot for put it in the ground to see what happens. I look at it this way, a plant is far more suited to being on your grow list if it can handle ambient conditions. Taste, texture, and cool factor comes afterwards. This is how I developed really aggressive Cherry Bomb seeds year after year. The more peppers you can get out of pots the happier you'll be when it comes to making room for the tender varieties. Sort of like growing clematis.

I kid you not Matt, if I plant out 100 seeds I'll get 99 germinating C.B. seedlings. And the one that doesn't still germinates with the seed on top. For Canadian short seasons where grow periods are condensed, those traits become valuable.

Few middle shelf update pics

Top shelf is mostly the smaller stuff and I think I have abit of heat stress going on as well up top....this week was miserable so I think it is going to take a few days at least to hopefully get it all back on track. Though not sure if there is some sort of nute problem since they had not been fed for almost 2 weeks, kinda terrified to over feed the buggers. Will get a few pics up by tomorrow and let you guys help me make the call on that though.

No your right and that is why I did not panic....when I first saw it I certainly was a tad freaked out, mostly cause at first a spec of dirt on the back of a leaf I thought was a bug, but after a few mins of going through the checklist I got it all figured out and I got my heart rate to settle back down.

I loved watching TPB's but could never find the time back when it was on alot....I recently started buying some DVD sets and watch it in my own leisure. Mostly its a late night thing when the kids and wife have long gone to bed. Isn't a ton of the smaller Canadian production comedys that become sensations like they did, essentially world wide

I think its up to like 11-12 seasons now?? somewhere around that anyways. Going to Netflix brought new life back into the show as well a whole new audience. Like those guys are never going to have to act another day in they're lives if they didn't want to.

Saw a pretty funny TPB meme the other day but it's not really THP appropriate, if I remember I will pm it to ya laters.
