First one is usually the toughest. I remember having the same thoughts when I first entered. Just have fun and do your thing.

Thanks Terry. I'm just taking in alot in one day. First attempt at a pizza was a disaster. So many things went wrong but I think I can work it out by the end of the weekend, and make a proper entry.

Heh I wanted to do all 3 entries. Real life took a nice big crap on that. A helpful hint, don't stress over food contests wheere no-one but you gets to taste the food. It's all just fun, and show. So just have fun.

Couple issues solved. Went and bought a temp gauge and made a pizza peel after going to multiple stores and coming out empty handed. Next attempt should go better. Temp is holding steady at 550 degrees right now.

The wheelbarrow worked out but still gotta play with it some more to find the sweet spot for cooking pizza. Not quite convinced it will make a great pizza oven but still a hellava flat top cooker.
