Not that I'm aware of. I wouldn't care if you did. You have lots of praise in the bank ...
 
Ended up doing the spatchcock in the oven, no heat either. Wife was craving just a plain roasted chicken.   Not as sexy as grilled but I could post it up in your grill thread grant if you want to see how flat  pulling the wishbone and popping the thigh joints first makes it.

Lightly deconstructed swineapple-
 
Start with a nice piece of fresh local pork belly on the smoke- marinade over night in soy,rice vinegar,ginger,garlic,brown sugar,spring onion, thai powder,orange zest,serrano. pay no attention to that fresh king salmon on the smoke it's all about the swine in this one-  :P

Then when it's been slowly getting happy and your ready to start the crisp up add some pineapple to the mix

Look at post #12 in this thread...I called it out there so clearly something changed. 
 
dayyyy-YUM, ~Bum!   I didn't even see the pokebelly on the grill, I was too busy licking the screen where the salmon was!
 
 
But, Oh My Gravy, look at'chu getting all foofoo with the purple blossoms and all.  SoFlo would be proud~  and then there's the k'bobs.......totally swineapple!

Thanks for the love. I had some of the salmon for breakfast this morning it was excellent.

For anyone who doesn't recognize the little purple/white flowers those are c.pubescens flowers. So I guess you could say I used a handful of my pubes for garnish :)
