Ok, I know I don't have a chance... I couldn't resist trying though with that huge prize package. Besides as a veteran I had to enter into a memorial day contest!
Babyback ribs were rubbed with:
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
4 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Scotch Bonnet Powder
I refrigerated overnight.
I grilled them @ 225 F for about 7 hours using Hardwood Charcoal and Apple wood.
Last 30 minutes I coated them with fresh Savannah Honey.
BBQ sauce not required!
