They're great dried and powdered, you can stuff 'em, they make great sauce, they are delicious however you do 'em,  and they have enough heat to take care of business...

Tough one. My top 3 were Moa, Bahamian Goat and Mystery wine. All had good flavor and a nice heat profile for me. If I had to choose just one it would be MOA Bonnets

Seems to be the go.. I'm glad I have atleast two of these growing this year.. I'll have to do your Mystery Wine on the next rotation =P

If I had to pick just one, I guess it would be Cap 267. Amazing flavor, decent size, nice and crunchy, with enough heat to make life interesting.

They have overtaken the reggae Lemon Drop and Yellow Brains as my favorite pepper of 2015.
 
The taste of a Bhut with elevated heat of a Lemon Drop. Definitely not Super territory but just my speed.
