Missing the throwdowns

TDs are a lot to manage on a monthly basis.

I'd love to have something, maybe once or twice a year.


The competitions definitely made my whole family look at cooking outside our norm and has helped us all cook better. The 20 y.o. Kid has a recently aquired vintage 12" CI skillet and he is actually using it. I credit a good portion of that to his being ( sometimes begrudgingly) a part of the TDs.

Um, Never Mind!  I saw the Seafood Extravaganza.  I still can't get past the name of the "Hot Brown" though~   :lol:
