MONSTER peppers from he!!, and a new sauce.

MMMMMMM. Those things are massive. I am really looking forward to my big harvests this year so I can make some sauces.
 
Kat - Those big pods look just like my ripe Jonahs as well. Almost "brain strain" hot, a little goes a long way. Your sauce looks fantastic! How do you use it? (with what foods?)

The Fatalii sauce seriously goes great on everything! It is VERY VERY fruity/floral, however there is nothing sweet in it. Lot's of heat, but still edible to slather it all over your food and really taste the flavor of the peppers. Then when you are done your face is on fire and you're all warm inside :)

I made a red hot sauce yesterday with 7pots, but it was not as tasty.
The Fatalii sauce is my best ever!
