Zucchini boats!

Zucchinis from the garden cut lengthwise, seeds removed, filled with Italian snausage, marinara, onions, garlic, smoked pepper powder, and topped with mozz, parm, herbs, and cherry toms from the garden. Baked covered, then added the cheese, herbs, and toms, then finished uncovered.



This low carb diet is just fine by me.
