baking My first bread.

I think my first bread came out freaking awesome.

This bread is my first bread I've ever baked and it's the second attemp at baking this bread.

The first time I've tried to make this bread was yesterday and the recipe didn't tell you, You had to wait for the yeast to wake up or activate.

Well now I know how to make it


"Once it cools down I'm going to make another loaf and I'll hadd some sliced jalapenos"

Looks good! When I make bread I take a stick of butter and rub it all over the top of the loaf when it come out... it's pretty much the most amazing thing ever

I'm trying to cut down on butter, I use it too much.
