My first hot sauce

This sauce contains:


Yellow mystery peppers
Rice wine vinegar
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Pear
Sweet mustard
Sea salt

Its actually quite tastey, the flavor of the pepers themselves carry over pretty strong. The Pear, garlic and ginger give it a nice smooth finish. Only thing I think i didnt put enough salt but can always add to the food. The heat is kinda delayed hitting you about 5 seconds into it, about on the heat level of a Motouk's sauce maybe a little more intense.
I didnt use to much mustard because im not a big fan of it, so most ofthe bright yellow is from the peppers.
 
If you want to add more heat to it and keep that fantastic color, add a few fataliis next time. That sounds good, I may have to try that recipe. Only I don't know what the mystery pepper is. :lol:
