My non chili plants

attention south east asians!

is this nightshade edible?

someone already told me that these are used in making curries but another says that this is a poisonous nightshade.

Does this looks like a egg plant and when you smash the fruit,it has lots of seeds. Usually the birds spread the seeds, so it grows naturally.
We usually cook curries with it.

foliage is similar to eggplant but with some tiny spines and it can grow quite large even if contained in 5Gals. Yes it has lots of tiny seeds.
