I like the part where it sounds like you only went overboard because you're new to peppers. It won't be long before you have those next 1000+ varieties and you're trying to decide which ones you can live without growing. And looking for a few more varieties that you'd like to try.

YIKES!!!! Pod or Sauce??? I haven't done that yet. I've had Habs, Manzanos, Ghost sauce and Devils Tongue and alot of regular heat stuff. Devils and Manzanos are my favs from what I've had.
 
Nice list, I heard a lot of good reviews here on the Bahamian goat, I got to put that on my wish list for sure. I have a few bubble gums I can spare. I purchased them from pepperlovers a few months back. PM me if your interested.
