food-bev Nachos!

Quick and dirty, Smoked Cheddar and Gruyere. Salsa and Almonds, melted the cheese prior and poured over.

Those look great btw nice queso.
 
As for the black olive thing, I too dig, the reason is, they go so well with sour cream, so the nachos must have sc if they have olives.
