Got me thinking about making a s'mores style, dessert nachos w/ graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows now! My kids would love that, haha! I probably would too, paired with a nice stout

I had nachos for supper for five nights, didnt know what to cook, this one with a spinach sauce.

Starting with the goodness - a hatch and habanero infused cheddar and colby jack cheese sauce and some taco beef:
 

 
Getting jiggy with some fresh onion, avocado and some salsa from our garden:
 

 
Rounding out the masterpiece with chipotle crema, fresh jalapeno and a bit of hot sauce because we're headed to awesome town!
 

 
The game might have sucked, but the nachos did not my friends.

Super simple ones. Salted lime jalas, bacon crumbles and some of my powder blend in the cheese. Lately the jalapenos at the market have been killer and some are damn hot too. My powder blend has just a tiny bit of ghost in it from last years plant.

made some chili yesterday and made chili nachos for dinner tonight. finishing the salsa i got from THP`s Secret Satan Xmas box. my own pickled Jala`s and Warrantman`s Clearly Guilty hot sauce and some shredded cheddar.
