Well today I went into the kitchen and created a monster.... naga, fatalii Jamaican jerk Paste as seen on the hippy seed co
and then Andrew.
The stuff is the hottest product I will make I think perhaps the hottest sauce in Australia and probably one of hottest natural sauces on the market world wide.
Basically the sauce is a paste, its not really a pourer, the stuff is wild hot I advice using it mainly for cooking and marinating . This batch ( 22 bottles ) is the only batch that will come in 150 ml bottles after this time it will come in a smaller traditional jar shape.
A litle about the product. It contains 75% naga and fatalii chilli 25% Stillmanz magic.
Ingredients
naga morich, fatlii, vineger, lime, my secret jerk seasoning.
