Naga Green Sauce: "Green Hell"

A friend of mine, who I gave a couple naga plants to this past spring, gave me a huge bag of green nagas. I don't know why she picked 'em green but she did. They seem to still be fairly potent.

I decided to make a salsa verde with 'em. Tomatillas, etc. I might fire roast the nagas. I will post progress and results here.

Looks Tres bon Chef Hell! Been awhile since I have seen my fellow Texan representin' and showing off a hotsauce that looks to die for. I would have hoped you at least had a bump or two of the top shelf tequila you had on hand to "christen" so to speak the new sauce.

I dare you...no I double trouble dare you....to put that sauce on your own Chuk Hell Juicy Lucy and post results and a pic. Thats the first thang I thought of when seeing the pics of the sauce and remembering your fine burger.

Cheers, TB.

Nice one chuck love the idea of the Sauce..Naga Soup for the winter Ye..Sorry,After trying a green hab Sauce this sounds great love the Color and honey,Nice to see you use Cider Vinegar as its just a great vinegar with sauces or canned peppers,Hope the political situation changes and you can do something with your sauces,As i think You will do well ;)

Thanks for the inspiration to do a roasted green sauce, I used mostly the same ingredients except I used green habaneros and brown sugar instead of honey and it came out great. I broiled my veggies instead of roasting but got them nice and charred. Great idea man
