chinense Naga Jolokia? (photo)

potawie's correct..the the dorset was bred from the morich, grows the same, the Morich has prob double the fruit, and the fruit on the dorset is compacted closer together The NMSU Bhut im waiting on to grow, but Tastes similar to the Bih(as was sent a few), which is much sweeter than the Morich. the bih has a slightly diff colour whilst fruiting as well as shape, and the plant has longer internodal spacing and is taller than the morich,, my 3 in pots are bout 5 feet high (and flowering in winter,, brilliant) the morich bout 3 feet,, as for heat, shit they are alll hot and shouldn't be taken lightly at allll.. just got sent some fresh 2 inch 7 pods gonnna see what they taste like and heat wise compared to a naga

so the true chinense naga jalokia is really a naga morich or bhut jalokia?

The Naga Jolokia name was introduced long before the pepper(Naga or Bhut) was even known about in this part of the world. It was the mysterious naga jolokia but this name became more known with Pc-1 type once Naga Morich and dorset and Bhut's were properly introduced
