A good combo? Not cooked with nagas before. I have about 9 or 10 nagas and about 15 large red habs. I was planning on doing a variation of a melon sauce that i have done before but was wondering if the taste of the naga would compliment the melon?
Nagas and Habs work well together in creating a flavorful and fiery sauce for me. I don't know about the melon, since there are so many varieties. Try it and see what you think.
Yeah nice combo! I just made a nice sauce for a guy off here with a combo of 70% naga and 20% hab with a few other bits of lovely stuff in it. Muck around and see how you go!
