Natural Born Basterds

This GLOG will be dedicated to some hybrids of interest that have emerged from my pepper garden since 2020. I plan to follow them at least until F3 to see if they are worth it. Please note that no seeds will be shared at this time. Let's grow!

Gator Jigsaw Mustard (I can't find the damn pictures folder anymore🤦‍♂️🤬). Oh well... F2 seedlings are already a very dark purple color (I selected only the darkest and culled the rest).

TACOx F1 seedlings are showing some anthocyanins too, pictures will be added soon.
 
I can see there'll be no shortage of cool stuff happening in your garden again this year, Bou. Looking forward to it.

BTW - I hadn't thought about SL Chilli Boys in a while. They always had a collection of cool things aligned with my interests. Too bad things got complex enough they couldn't keep doing a simple seeds business.

Yeah, that's what happens when you don't isolate your plants and try to grow too many in a small area I suppose...! No big deal though, I like surprises and it is fun to continue the work started by the bees, bumblebees and ants!

You're right about SLCB, I only ordered twice but they had cool varieties and some badass phenos too! In fact, 3 of my all-time favorites are from their shop (Largo Borgona Boliviano, CGN 21500 x Barrackpore and CAP 220).

I must agree, @Bou gifted me some Rayado seeds & the pods are so hot, :mouthonfire: the first time we made poppers & popped just 1, our
eyes went numb! My normal limit of 10 poppers was cut down now to only 4 with much sweating of the neck & ears LOL.

Looking good, keep up the good work.

Thanks mate!

Any plant/pods pictures of your Rayado (PM me)? If they were spoiled, I doubt they did with anything really hot, as they were among my other C. annuum and low heat varieties, tomatoes and kale🤔
