food-bev Need a good pizza dough recipe

Use slightly salty hard water. It won't rise as high with hard water, and you'll get that NYC effect. The saltiness also adds to the NYC effect. I like to salt the water instead of the dough, it's dissolves fast, and you can taste the water which is better than tasting raw dough.
