A little while back one of my co-workers told me she was going to breed her dogs in hopes of getting some nice puppies. Turns out the Dad is a King shepherd and the mother Akita inu, which happens to be similar to the breed of the dog I grew up with. So I went and checked out the pups last week and found Kira 
She Looks to be a good mix between the two, and got the short hair gene that I wanted. She is fearless, working with her on potty/obedience already.
I brought her home at 6 weeks (according to my vet this breed is good to go around then) which I tough was a bit early but she is incredibly adjusted since Saturday.
Going to weigh her later, she was 11 lbs on the nose last week. Already trying to get outside to eliminate
This is her yesterday at 6 weeks 5 days, I'm guessing at 12-13 lbs.
Just got her first set of shots, going to start walking her this weekend, totally stoked!
