Just wanted to say hi to all. Been lurking for a couple of weeks, and learning a lot. Thanks for that!
Here's my grow list for 2010, not all hot peppers, but a big jump from last year's 4-plant list, lol
Red Marconi
Purple Marconi
Quadrato Di'Asti Gaillo
Quadrato Di'Asti Rosso
Sweet Yellow Stuffing
Jimmy Nardello
Anaheim
Poblano
TAM Jalapeno
Purple Jalapeno
Long Thin Cayenne
Golden Cayenne
Beaver Dam
Padrone
Fish Pepper
Cili Gorong
Jamaican Hot Yellow
Fatalli
7 Pod
Lemon Yellow Habanero
Orange Habanero
Red Habanero
Naga Jolokia
Bhut Jolokia
I have seven plants that are several weeks old and beginning to flower (TAM Jalapeno, Anaheim, Long Thin Cayenne, Quadrato Di'Asti Gaillo, Red Marconi, Sweet Yellow Stuffing, and Lemon Yellow Hab). The rest were sown three weeks ago today, and germinated at 95% in 6 to 12 days. All in all, I have 45-47 plants, with a few left to be culled because I'm waiting for the strongest of some pairs to show themselves yet.
P.S. I know I'm super late for my region, but fortunately I have an incredibly long hot season!
