Hi ya'll. I'm in central Missouri. I'm originally from New Orleans. I love cooking Cajun, Creole, Thai and Korean food.

I'm currently growing several Bhut Jolakia and one Caribbean Red plant.'

I'm also trying to develop a thick skinned hot pepper by crossing serranos, jalapenos and thai peppers.
