Why do chiliheads always preach flavor is king but all you do is evaluate the heat?

 
Because then everyone would argue whether it tasted like a Red Habanero or an Orange one.

It'd awesome if they came out with assorted Aji flavored Skittles or Starburst.

I tried the Chili Nut M&Ms. I agree that they taste basically like the regular peanut ones with an after hint of tingling. For the masses it is a good balance. As I have stated previously, we chiliheads are a pretty small subsection of the population.

The new flavor hits it's intended audience: the majority of the population who are regular consumers of their previously released candies.

Another new mainstream candy I love that has a lil spice is tropical heat hot tamales.
