Yeah, the small town thing is great, we've had 4 or 5 checkers gather around to hear about our "online shennanigans".
I go to my buddy the dairy guy for alot of advice and ideas. If he wasn't addicted to cutting firewood on his time off he would join THP. :lol:

Scovie's Mole BBQ Sauce.
 
• 3/4 C. Ketchup
• 2 Tbs Butter
• 1 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa powder
• 1 Tbs Espresso powder
• 1 Tbs Cider Vinegar
• 1 Tbs Mole asses
• 1-1/2 tsp French's Yellow Mustard
• 1-1/2 tsp Worchestershetchire Sauce
• 3/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 Tbs Pasilla Ancho Powder
• 1 Tbs grated Mexican Chocolate
• 1-1/2 tsp Red Habanero Powder
• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Ground Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 3 Cranks of BP

yeah lol there is maybe a cup and a half??? A little goes a long way. I might add a little liquid tomorrow to thin it just a tad.

I just found out (from Cheryl, the Produce Goddess at Hank's) that I can special order banana leaves!!!!!!
 
I see Pibil in my future!!!!! Or Poc Chuc!!! Two dishes I've been dying to try, but shied away from because of the lack of banana leaves. 
But that's for another time....
