beer-brewing Official Brewdown Thread!!!

i don't know what i am going to brew, but i plan to enter ...

my brewing crisis has been downgraded from 'panic-now' to 'in-the-weeds' since taking brewing in the new rig back off the table for the time being ...

i hope to get caught up on all cleaning, and to have inventoried hops and yeasties by tomorrow night ...

then Sunday i'll bake bread and chillax a bit, before setting out to work ahead enough to make a weekday brew day on the stove-top ...

maybe i'll brew three entries at once and ride the best one to victory!
 
This will be my first time not using US-05. I hope I can taste the difference.
