Opinions on a SFR box of peppers just recieved please

As I've said before, it's very unbecoming a businessman to expect the customer who already paid for the product, to pay them a second time to replace a defective product. As you haven't mentioned it, MNHots, I'm going to guess your immune system isn't in any way compromised, but if it were, that mold has the potential to be extremely hazardous for your health, and could cause someone whose immune system is in any way less effective than it should be some serious harm. As someone who works in a hospital and is regularly tasked with reviewing medical records, I've seen some pretty nasty fungal infections from what are otherwise innocuous molds in people whose immune systems were trashed for one reason or another (HIV, cancer treatments, bone marrow issue, etc.)
 
He says he is, and that he's a 3rd generation grower, ad nauseum in a lot of the ads he posts up, which is a rather thinly veiled (and anemic) dig at people like sicman and Judy. Honestly, none of that will save him if continues on the way he has, trying to bilk customers of every cent he can, sending moldy/rotting pods, wrong plants, and whatever else that's happened.

I'm not implying or suggesting that there should be a suit over it, I'm just pointing out that sending pods that are moldy like that to anyone who's immuno-compromised would be dangerous, since the immuno-compromised person wouldn't necessarily have to eat the moldy pods, all that would really be needed would be for mold spores to be released and then inhaled.
 
And like you being the business type, since I've sold pods on here, I'd immediately replace the pods for free if even one pod came to MNhots looking like that....

Oh I know, I'm just having a little fun with it now. But in this day and age of sue anyone over anything anytime, Well, one can only imagine.

It really sucks that this happens. You shouldn't even need to search around for reputable pod supply when they're advertised as fresh. Buuuuut unfortunately, this guy keeps showing his true colours.
Money. That's all he wants. That's why he does bold text on all his posts. That's why he does "pre-purchase". Thanks for your money, I'll send you some pods in a couple of months time.
 
Boasting his produce that never comes through as advertised.
 
Oh, and the new shed he built. I truly believe he sits at home like Scrooge McDuck counting his coins.
Largest supplier of moldy superhots in the US more like it.

elcapp1999, pepperlover, joemomma, joynershotpeppers, sicman, romy6, scarlet fire, knepperspeppers that is just off the top of my head. I've never had even one single pod look like any of those.
 
Would any of you newbies that got burned here like some free powder? Aaron Sm or MNhots? Just send me a message. I will be making a run to the post office in a day or two.

Agreed. If this was just a single instance and an honest mistake, then I would definitely be the first to say to cut Dale some slack and let him remedy it. However, given how long most of us have been on the forum and have seen Dale's responses to customers, his shady business dealings, boastfulness, and his unscrupulous business practices, I think he should be avoided...

+1... My first thought when he was building the shed was "If he still has to pay money back, how'd he get the money all of a sudden to build such a place?"

NMhot, Gomojoe, and anyone had such bad experience with the"STAMPED, CERTIFIED,  REGISTERED ,  3rd GENERATION GROWER" . i will send you all free fresh pods very soon, the plants are now setting pods, it wont be too long before they turn red, yellow, pink and blue 
this community is the best place on the internet, dont feel bad bcz of one person, even he is the largest grower in USA (using only 2 acres lot)

I remember when I sent somebody some bunk pods, i made up for it by shipping them twice the amount as the first time! haha
