Great-looking pods Paul - and lots of them!  If you can get another couple weeks of this late season sun you're going to be about buried in peppers.
Thanks, buddy. Looks like a couple of weeks of
dry weather with clouds coming and going.
Hopefully enough warm sun to keep things
moving along. Still a ton of pods to pick, but
dehydrator is full!

I can see things are starting to slow down a bit.
At least with no rain, pod-splitting isn't such a
problem.

That's a nice harvest Paul! what are you going to do with all those peppers? That dehydrator must be working overtime now...
Thanks, HM. Most all are going into the dehydrator.
Don't know what to do about the baccatums, there
are so many pods on them. I can only eat so many.

Nice load of peppers Paul. The dehydrator is working OT, lol. Does it have a temperature setting?
Thanks, DR. The Dehydrator (NESCO) has been running
24/7, with a couple of weeks to go!  No wonder this is
my third one in 10 years!

I am drying at 100˚F to maintain the pod color. It takes
longer, but results are much better.

Nice Haul :)
‘Bout time, but it looks good for a decent finish.
I am about to have too many pods and not enough
room in the dehydrator

Haha this was supposed to be post #1352

My little Waring is NOT keeping up.
I feel your pain. Eric. Don't know why I haven't
bought a decent heavy duty dryer. At this point
in my life, I'm not sure if it's worth it.

Some of these sweet Mini Rocotos are going to make
wonderful powders, someday. They would be awesome
in jam or preserves:

Two really nice little Moruga UV Chocolate pods awaiting
final ripening. There are maybe half a dozen pods left on
the plant. Hoping all ripen up:

I love the symmetry of this Red Scotch Bonnet.
The triple fork made three pairs of parallel branches
Separated by 120 degrees:

Mojo Blue Ghost rockin’ the color.
Can’t wait to see them all red:
