Good morning Paul, you're close to me, how do you keep your garage warm enough to overwinter plants, I plan on trying it out for the first time this year...
There is a bit of furnace heat in the garage, but otherwise
it’s au natural. Probably not ideal, but the T5HO lamps
provide a little heat as well, even though they aren’t enclosed
at all.

Flex seeds on the way tomorrow…

Sweet thank you again

Looking good Paul
Thanks, brother. Not a lot going on here.

Some more OWs didn't survive:
CGN 22795 c. praetermissum, my seed
CGN 22705 c. praetermissum, Semillas la Palma
Pequin 'Uvalde' purple
c. galapagoense

Rest of the OWs into the greenhouse last weekend.
Most look lousy because of aphid infestation. I
sprayed several times during the winter. Hopefully
they improve in the next few weeks/

I love the green house. Those plants will rebound from the aphids with ease. I’ve had some really strong plants from stress.
Thanks, Chuck! I hope you are right about the
plants bouncing back. I’ll hold on to that good vibe.

Looking good
Thanks for looking in, Joshua!

Greenhouse is looking great, Paul! Hope your pep's shake off their aphid hangover and get on track quickly.

I lost my c. galapagoense this OW, too :(
thanks, brother CD!
Sorry to hear about the galapagoense. Mine
never really got to be a good producer, actually.

I see a few healthy new leaves on the greenhouse OWs.

Greenhouse is looking great with lots of plants ready to explode in growth soon!
I've had good success using a product called SB Plantinvigorator against aphids, it's supposedly non-toxic for bees and mammals, and should also be environmental-friendly. Good to see some updates :)
Thanks for the tip. MF! I'm going to pick up
some more insecticidal soap. as well.

Paul have you put any in the ground yet? I dropped a bunch in raised beds in the last week from Jalapenos to Dragon breaths and having very mixed results. How are yours doing?

Only two new plants planted out. The rest are OWs
and they are out in the yard now for better of worse.

Its been Rough with the weather flip flopping. they started doing good them the weather flipped and now everything as slowed..
They will pick up again. This June is much better than
the last few seasons, so I’m hoping for a decent grow
season.

Kind of surprised the Uvalde Purple kicked it! I hope I have better luck with them in the greenroom this year.. Beautiful plant! It does seem like the purple is a trade off for production, compared to the ones I had that came out green. I really enjoy the heat on the hybrids! Nice up front burn with a good residual heat.. Quite a treat compared to the donkey kick in the throat of the original Uvalde Wild.

Just got back from Spain on November first. My son has been
shepherding the plants in my absence, and still managed to get
in a visit to Spain in October! I’m hoping to get out for a few pics
by way of an update. Will keep you posted.
