I used some of the pecan smoked red Moruga puree
in some BBQ sauce . . .
Tomato puree
Ketchup
Cider vinegar
Onions
Garlic
Serranos
Red Bell
Pineapple
Honey
Black Pepper
Brown Sugar
Mustard Powder
Paprika
Salt
Soy Sauce
Smoked Moruga Puree
I used between 1/2 and 3/4 jar of the Moruga puree so this is not outrageously hot - you can pick up all of the flavors.
