Pepper People are the Best

Well HO HO HO! This party train keeps on rolling!!! Thanks Chris, you are a class act! Just 20 mins ago heard a noise at my door, grabbed my uhm.. well I went to the door and to my wonderful surprise..

Just went through todays delivery of Xmas cards and found an envelope from CaneDog with seeds for the Hamadan Red he had offered.
 
Along with them were seeds for Brazilian Starfish, Aleppo RFM, Rocoto Costa Rica Red, and Arequipa Giant Rocoto! :woohoo:
 
But that dirty dog didn't put a return address on his envelope, so I can't send something nice back. :banghead:

Oh man, it's a good thing I wasn't drinking something when I read this.  I literally laughed out loud and it would have been a major spit-take.  I'm glad it made it safely and quickly despite the Holiday volume.  Have a fantastic Christmas! 
 
 
I want to give a HUGE shout out to my good mate Guatemalan Insanity Pepper, aka GIP. He sent me a massive selection of goodies to start off my 2019.  :P

Two of his own powders, Dee Roo test batch #19, local maple syrup, couple of local NFL stubbie holders or beer coozies as y'all call 'em, loads of tasty salted nut rolls, two packs of Brownie brittle, some cheese crackers, "Shore" Lunch breading mix, a few cookies, and even a couple of pepper toys for my dogs..... :dance:

A huge selection of fishing lures/jigs many that are glow in the dark, a book on "How to talk Minnesotan"  :rofl: , a favorite fish of Minnesota guide, an awesome custom knife made from a farrier's rasp including sheath, some Mahogany, Coolibah burl and Amboyna for making knife scales (handles), and Santoku and fillet knife blanks. The fillet knife will be built by me using the Coolibah Burl and shipped back to GIP with my next package.

yay  :dance:   glad you got your package intact, and relatively quickly considering how far it traveled and during the holidays.
hope you enjoy the snacks, and get an opportunity to catch fish with a couple of those lures  :cool:

The Pearsons snacks are made here in MN right near me 
the REAL maple syrup is from MN too

I can't speak to much of the contents personally, but will note that the Dee Roo sauce is probably awesome (all of those I've tasted hit the mark!) GIP's powders are great and I found the Smoked Serrano goes wonderfully on buttered/salted corn on the cob, in fact, it ruined it for me to eat it otherwise.  ;)
 
I am constantly amazed and most proud to be a member of this very unique club!

Guys like Paul and Walchit sending me seeds when they dont know me from Adam. And guys like G.I.P who I asked where I could find Yaki blue seeds like his pheno because I was having trouble finding anything on the trusted seed vendors sites but the Yaki fawn (which I dont care for). He offered to send me some of his if he could find em, the community here is freakin awesome.
 
Spicy sauerkraut FTW! Yeah man this forum is the best.. What are the rippled textured red sexy girls? Peppers that is...lol

Following up on Orekoc's post above, I wasn't looking for seeds of Cappuccino Scotch Bonnet, but I was commenting on how much I liked the pepper and Trident chilli just up and offered me some, which arrived today.  Super thoughtful of Trident to send these out to me.  Now the only questions is whether I'll I be able to hold off a couple weeks and start them with the rest of my 2019 grow or whether they're going straight into germination.
