Pepper People are the Best

Vermin Supreme 2020!
If we would actually elect this guy, or if the delegates or whatever (elites) would, he could actually do something for the country. If nothing else we get clean teeth and a free pony, so yeah vote for his ass. He runs every time.

And I might have to steal that white devil art lol

Pepper people truly are the best!  Found this in my mail box recently - what an awesome and unexpected gift!!

I finally broke down and contacted Shoe Rider about getting some of his rub that everyone talks about and we arranged a trade. He loaded up a box with his sauce and rub along with some local items, I'm stoked to try all of it. Thanks SR and your box will be in the mail this week.

Somehow the post office(SR  ) delivered the wrong boxes to me and GIP????  So we had to ship boxes to each other that SR sent and GIP also sent me some of his rub and Serrano POW. Thanks GIP for the legendary POW!!!

Shout out to THP for this pepper community and this is another example of why Pepper People Are The Best!!!

Quick PPATB shout out the saiias for this unexpected but totally appreciated box of several of the varieties he grew this season.  Thanks man!

The box included 7Pot Cinder F3, Swamp Thing, Bahamaian Goat X, Aji Limo X, Guntur Sannam, and Aribibi Gusano.

The Aji Limo X are interesting in that they have anthocyanin in the stems/branches and color-up with dark purple in the immature pods, but the end result is a really great looking yellow mature pod.

Friends......you have them, but do you know what they're able to find...? What kind of awesomeness lurks just a message away...? Well, member here Bookers, was going to do some "Farm-Picking" and asked if I wanted anything. I deduced WHICH farm he was going to and said, "Heck yes!"

This fantastic assortment of incredible pods, maters, and even eggplants, came from Meadow View Farms...Jay Weaver of JPGS fame...his farm. So of course my list included JPGS & JRGS. My list was about 5 varieties long. This great pod puller was sweatin' it up picking extras for me that I'd like. And yes, I like!

Thank you very much, Mark! This is the stuff of fantasies! I appreciate all of your hard work and fee-free overhead. Lol.

:woohoo: PPATB :woohoo:

Received this awesome box of JPGS with a 7 Pot Cinder and Leviathan Gnarly Scorpion added from Saiias yesterday! I've never had the Cinder or Leviathan so really looking forward to trying them. Very nice handwritten note included as well.
Gonna be doing some spicy cooking this weekend for sure. :fireball: If you're thinking about buying one of the boxes he has listed just do it- you'll be glad you did.

Thank you Saiias!!

I want to give a big shout out to Rob, aka "Rajun Gardener" for the clown car of a care package I received yesterday.

He sent spices, rubs, Creole and Gumbo bases, stickers, a stubbie holder (or as all y'all call 'em "coozie"), Louisiana style hot sauce, and red bean seasoning mix.

But wait there's more........ A Louisiana Rajun Cajuns football t-shirt.

And still more......  Knowing of my love of vintage tools, he also sent me a vintage Fly Tying vice, and a vintage fish scale.

Your thoughtfulness and generosity is most appreciated, you went a long way to share the local tastes you're so familiar with which I'm sure I will thoroughly enjoy. Thank you mate, you are a credit to this community family.

This here - see - this is a thread that I read early on in my visits to THP.  Way back when I was a lurker, before I even had an account.  And reading then about how much this site collectively comes together, to appreciate each other, and seeing it still going on now - man it gets me all right in the feels every time.  Pepper people are the best, hands down.

Christmas and Thanksgiving came early to this house with Harry_Dangler taking the role of master of ceremonies. Many thanks to Harry for a beautiful plethora of peppers that will be processed this weekend and shared with the family. Many times we forget the smiles we bring to others by our deeds. I hope he and his wife know how much they touched our hearts.

Thank you again, Harry, and may your blessings fill each day.

Sorry I dont do pictures, but the screen would be filled with 20+ varieties of fresh peppers that were grown on the Farm. It will take me days to process them all.

Like SmokenFire just said, to appreciate each other and share our hard work. This is what life should be all about.

Time for me to return the favor -
