Peppers touching the ground

On one of my Cayenne plants, several non-ripe peppers are touching the ground. Is this OK, or will it cause some kind of problem for the fruit? They are not laying sideways on the ground, just the tips of several of them.

I use mulch under the plants, so touching is never a problem.

Here are a couple pics of my Baby Cayenne plants (a genetic dwarf).
Fruits on them always touch the mulch.
The bottom pick is 2 plants in the pot.

If they show signs of rotting there, pick 'em. If not, let them stay as long as you can and just pick them 1st. My Cayennes are doing the same thing and don't seem to be hurt yet. I did pick one that was laying down and it had zero heat, still good food though.
