Hey, Eric, your starter kit is just rock solid; great results. Hard to
imagine such a big plant comes from such a small space! +1 everybody
on the bone meal. I put some in some of the containers' soil a month or so before
planting out, and those plants seem to be doing very well. I'll do it in all my
containers next season.

Those pot-ups will look like they have been in those root pouches
forever in a day or two. Good work! Enjoy the weekend, brah!
thanxxx pauly, is it alright to sprinkle the bone meal on top of the potted plants, hopefully they still alive when i get home tonight.

Hi Pinoy
Sure... sprinkle it right on top of the soil in the pot and maybe work it in an inch down. If you can, use rainwater to water them since rainwater is slightly acidic and will more easily dissolve the nutes and wash them down to the plant's roots. If not, don't worry about it.

Shaka Bra! Foods look ono. My wife and daughter are there right now, wish I was there, I'd look you up and next time, I'll bring some seeds from my harvest. Thinking I might take trip around Xmas. Need some Shave Ice and some Char Su pork by the kg from Alumona. Stickman , Paul and you glogs are cool. Where did you acquire your Peter?

Hey, Eric, you have some crazy growth going in that starter kit,
my friend. That really looks like the way to get them started, all
right. Along with your mad skills it just about guarantees success.
Enjoy your package from Jamie. Some great seed varieties in there!

Hi Eric
I don't think adding bonemeal to worm tea would be effective. The nitrogen in the protein matrix might dissolve in a few days, but the calcium and magnesium would need an acidic environment to dissolve. It's more of a slow release kind of thing. Chiles don't need much at a time, and the rainwater and the tannic and humic acids produced by damp humus will slowly dissolve them. I find that if you go by the recommended amount...one application is enough for a whole season. Cheers!

I'm on a rigorous catch up campaign-had real busy 3 wks off , lots of Aphid warfare, pod drying and managed a few updates at least.I'm liking the starter kit-I keep threatening to try a hydro, I think thats going to be a winter project.
1.I love Santoku's!You are gonna love those knives.
2.Thai Basil -I could almost smell it from that pic!Next year will have me returning to the herb garden-I REALLY miss the fresh Basils this year!
3.Good luck with that Vanilla Orchid-vanilla is just vanilla, until you cut open a bean pod-that will make you go ..HMMMMM!
4. The Goat Weed Pepper- kinda one of the seasons suprises for me-really cool lookin plant, and the peppers work great in pickle water.
5. Shanes powder........Jamie's seeds"and"...yep gotta love a x-mas in July
Damn- gotta get to work now, were just getting to location, so time to drop the subs and get to it!
Have a good one-
Dave

Loving the grow. I am going to post a vid of straight from those ugly little peat pod thingys to the ground and compare your starts to mine in about 2.5 secs. .. Lets just say.. I am crazy cuz its august and I love a good experiment.

Eric. Stickman is right on with the bone meal. But I add it all the time so it won't hurt the peppers .Just takes a long timne to see the effects. They wil green up and make some fat pods in about six weeks after adding the bone meal. Or at least mine do. Plants are lookiong Stellar bro. Glad you got my package so fast. Hail to the USPS

Looking really good Eric. You've probably got the Koreans in a good spot, they just need some time to get used to their new environment and grow out their roots. Keep up the good work of protecting them from too much sun and giving them enough water until then.
Everything else looks great too!

Wow Eric everytime I see that ghetto kit it just amazing and your plants love it. How is your orange hab doing? The Chocolat Bhut has some nice size leaves can not wait to see it pod up for you.

Eveything is looking good in the neighborhood :fireball:

I feel your pain on the rain it's makes for unhappy pepper plants :mope:
