Looking good Eric!
I hope you get a great harvest from the Koreans. I've been kind of head-down, dealing with the output from about 40 of them plus assorted NuMex and Mexican chiles. I have about 3 quarts of gochu garu dried and ground now. The output is beginning to slow down some as the days get shorter and the nights cooler. Peaches are winding down here now and Apples are moving to the forefront, and I've been canning sauces with them and my Habaneros for the winter. The Apple-Habanero sauce is killer... you can taste the sweetness, ginger and apples followed by a big explosion of heat in your mouth... I think it'd be great with pork! I've been making jam with the Peaches and my Serranos that's really good too. Good luck with your classes... when will you be done with them all? Been making anything memorable with your "free" time?

 That shouldn't be too expensive

I meant like shipping me some of your pastries :D
prolly it wont reach you also, the mailman will eat it before it reaches you

thanks rick,
i was gonna sow more koreans but im about to run out of space, at least you got 3quarts of your gochu garu now, hopefully we dont get to much cold nights when november december comes so my plants wont slow down on growing, that apple habanero sauce looks so ONO, well culinary will be done sept20, then advance pastrie another 9months so next year june should do it, well memorable for my small free time is working out trying to loose weight, hiking and cooking in my girlfriends house, i go school monday thru thursday and i work friday to sunday so basically its hard for me to get free time, ive been squeezing some small time to tend to my plants every now and then,

You are a busy guy, my friend! That's the best way to be; sounds

Great news Jericson! :woohoo: Glad to see you checking in again before life gets too busy. Hope your babies are doing well too.
Cheers!
thanks rick, its one heck of a ride on that school, so now i have 9weeks off for school before starting my next journey for advance patisserie, so for now ill work my 2 jobs, one is my old job at retirement home, then the new one a fine dining Italian restaurant+wedding catering,
i think i checked my plants 2 or 3 times since this month, and the koreans are podding up and some supers also, but the ghetto kit with jamies seeds never survived...but all in all they looking healthy except for the white flies...they're everywhere
